FAQ

When can I sign up for The Landscape Letter?

Anytime! If your sign up anytime the month before you will get the following months mail. So if you sign up in April you will receive May's Issue, sign up in May and receive June's etc.

When will my letter be shipped?

All letters will be shipped the first week of the month.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! You have the option for 3, 6 or 12 month signups.  Easily send to a friend.  Just put in their address and you will be billed just one time.

How can I update my address, change payment or cancel?

You can update address, change payment method or cancel your subscription anytime from the customer portal under your account. You can always reach out and I can help!

When is The Landscape Letter billed each month?

You will be billed the same day of the month you initially signed up. So if you sign up on the 15th of April you will be billed on the 15th of May.
